Team

The office

The management, consisting of two people, and a protected area manager currently work for the association. They are responsible for the management of the nature park. This includes the Promotion, support and realisation of projects in the areas of nature conservation, research, education, recreation and regional development in the protected area and the entire nature park region.

Ranger:inside

Our rangers are out and about in the terrain, know the area inside out and provide information about the special features of the protected area. They point out the special protected assets and ensure compliance with the associated conservation regulations and rules of behaviour. Because only together can we ensure that the Tiroler Lech remains a natural jewel with its wealth of species.

Nature mediators

11 nature educators are currently working for the association.
They take on guided tours in the area and thus enable adults and children to experience nature intensively in the Tiroler Lech Nature Park.

Volunteers

Let's preserve this natural jewel together

The team of the Tiroler Lech Nature Park is happy about its numerous volunteers. They actively support us in looking after the Nature Park Centre during the summer season and help with environmental construction sites, such as the removal of the Impatiens glandulifera, the maintenance of pastures on the Moosberg or the clearing of the dwarf bulrush habitat (Typha minima). Would you also like to volunteer with us? Feel free to contact the office.

The team at Tiroler Lech Nature Park takes inclusion and social participation seriously. That is why we would like to encourage people with disabilities to volunteer with us.
