Meadow sage, bloodroot and field thyme - the plant world in the Tyrolean Lech Nature Park is famous for its extraordinary variety of herbs. Medicinal herbs were already used in folk medicine in the Middle Ages and are still used in modern medicine today. During a short walk you will learn interesting facts about the use and effects of the local wild herbs. There are also some tips on collecting, drying and of course making certain products such as ointments, tinctures and teas.
