The office<\/h2>
The management, consisting of two people, and a protected area manager currently work for the association.\n\nThey are responsible for the management of the nature park. This includes the Promotion, support and realisation of projects in the areas of nature conservation, research, education, recreation and regional development in the protected area and the nature park region. <\/span><\/div>

Ranger:inside<\/h2>
Our rangers are out and about in the terrain, know the area inside out and provide information about the special features of the protected area. They point out the special protected assets and ensure compliance with the associated conservation regulations and rules of behaviour. Because only together can we ensure that the Tiroler Lech remains a natural jewel with its wealth of species.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Nature mediators<\/h2>
11 nature educators are currently working for the association.

The Board of Directors<\/h2>
The association's board is made up of 11 members. The chairman of the association, the district governor, a representative of the environmental protection department of the state of Tyrol, a representative of the WWF, a representative of the Reutte District Chamber of Agriculture, mayors of the planning associations Oberes Lechtal and Reutte und Umgebung, the mayor of the municipality where the nature park centre is located, the chairmen or managing directors of the tourism associations Naturparkregion Reutte and Lechtal Tourismus and a representative of Regionalentwicklung Au\u00dferfern make up the board of the Tiroler Lech Nature Park.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Volunteers<\/h2>

Full of commitment together <\/h1>
The Tiroler Lech Nature Park team is remarkably supported by numerous volunteers. The exhibition in the nature park centre is actively looked after during the summer season and environmental construction sites are tackled. Whether it is the removal of balsam (Impatiens glandulifera), pasture maintenance on the Moosberg, clearing the habitats of the dwarf bulrush (Typha minima) or maintaining the flowering areas in the outdoor areas of the visitor centres - the nature park can count on its team of volunteers. The network of volunteers is an indispensable part of the Nature Park team, thank you for your great commitment!
