The Life Project "Wild River Landscape Tyrolean Lech" was completed in April 2007.
A little ringed plover sits on a very white Lech pebble, about the size of a head. He stretches his beak against the wind, which brushes his plumage flat. But for once we are not interested in the attractive bird with the suggestive yellow eye rings but in the stone on which it perches. Where does it come from?
What does it have to tell?
