Schlosskopf Show Fortress

After a leisurely one-hour walk you will be rewarded with a unique view of the Tiroler Lech Nature Park. The hike starts directly at the chasm. If you undertake the hike together with children, you should pick up a treasure-hunt leaflet at the museum’s office and embark on the search for the legendary Schlosskopf treasure. If you find the “talking treasure box” and with it the solution to the riddle, a surprise awaits you in the museum office.

On the Schlosskopf is an information panel which shows the historic bed of the Tiroler Lech river.

On the Schlosskopf show mine is a viewing platform offering a 360° view, a little oriel room on top for the brave and some other informative stations on the building of the fortress. The Baroque running wheel is another highlight. On a guided tour one can move a heavy stone with it like a hamster, just as  they did back then.

On the Ehrenberg Ruin there is the “search for the magical sword”, which combines a hike with an exciting search.
